Conventions are expensive and full of hidden costs for the host. Did you know the host covers an average of 50-60% of convention production costs? Then, labor is another 20%, leaving an event host with as little as 20% profit.
It’s simple. Reserve your date(s) in advance with a $10,000 deposit. This deposit grants you access into the hosting portal where you are able to configure, create, customize, and communicate your HReality Event.
After your event happens, HReality Events receives 30% of the event revenue, minus your $10,000 deposit.
The $10,000 deposit is a non-refundable fee. If you cancel your event within 21 days of the event date, a cancellation fee of $5,000 will be charged. If you don't hold the event, or 30% of the event revenue doesn't exceed $10,000, then HReality Events applies the deposit against the vendor setup costs. All payment processing happens within HReality Events. The balance of proceeds is directly deposited in the host's account each night.
HReality Events also offers auxiliary services and VR/AR production to ensure your convention planning process is effortless. These services can be added on at an hourly rate, and include project coordination, IT support, and design services.
