We syndicate and dynamically populate the information you submit to create event landing pages, conference communications, and media/sponsorship opportunities. Seriously. You don’t even need to think about funnel communications, just upload your lead list and we handle the rest.
Getting started is easy — complete this form and pay the deposit to reserve your dates and gain access to your Host Portal. Within the Host Portal, you’ll be prompted to submit basic information about your event to start the creation process. From here on out, you’re guided with step-by-step prompts to fully configure your event.

HReality Events also offers auxiliary services to ensure your event planning process is effortless. These services can be added on at an hourly rate, and include project coordination, IT, and design services.
